The Limited, which now only comes with a V8, includes 18-inch chrome-clad wheels, chrome roof rails and chrome side step bars, eliminating the previously-available Chrome Package. The Sport Trac, which is basically an Explorer with a four-foot pickup truck box, uses a 4.0-litre V6 with five-speed automatic transmission, or 4.6-litre V8 with six-speed automatic, with four-wheel drive. The Adrenalin Package uses a one-speed torque-on-demand all-wheel drive transfer case. Features on the XLT include 17-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, black exterior accents, fog lamps, automatic headlamps, power mirrors with puddle lamps, black step bars, black roof side rails, SecuriCode keyless entry keypad, power windows, power sliding rear window, CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary input and Sirius satellite radio, six-way power driver’s seat, cloth bucket seats, auto-dimming rearview mirror, rubber floor, heavy-duty floor mats, and cruise control. The Limited adds 18-inch chrome-clad alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, chrome roof rails with black crossbars, hard tonneau cover, six-CD/MP3 stereo, two-toned leather-trimmed heated seats with ten-way power driver’s adjustment, Sync, power-adjustable pedals, power sunroof, and reverse sensing system. The Adrenalin builds on the Limited, but it deletes the step bars, reverse sensing system, wheel lips and roof rack, and adds 20-inch alloy wheels, black grille, unique fog and headlamps, running boards, single rear exhaust exit with dual tip, dark charcoal heated seats with perforated leather inserts, and Adrenalin-branded floor mats.
